We help real people, families, small businesses and other clients in various immigration applications, petitions, waivers, defenses, and representation in immigration court and at USCIS interviews (virtually or in-person)

All cases are different. Facts and the law and the way the law is enforced at the time matters. No two cases are the same, and thus the price will vary.

We only represent people who have already had consultations with us. Unfortunately we are Clark Kent, not Superman - I can’t win for you if I come in cold and know nothing about your case.

Divorce, child support, custody, protective orders attorney

$6,000.00

Due to demand from high net worth immigrant clients, we do represent people in divorce proceedings. We typically work cases where at least one party is an immigrant and there are immigration implications, but we do of course do cases for US citizens as well.

This service is only available in limited states - Ohio, New York, Illinois, or California only. All other states we can only give general advice about the immigration impacts of your future or current divorce.

Consider booking a consultation or brief call. We do not represent people whose cases we are unfamiliar with. We do not proceed without a retainer that covers not just initial filing but the ability to respond.
